General bonus rules
The rules below apply unless a specific promotion says otherwise, and its own conditions then prevail. A deposit casino bonus carries wagering of 35 times the initial deposit plus bonus and a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the bonus. For a no-deposit casino bonus, if one is offered, wagering is 40x and the maximum withdrawal is 5 times the bonus. Winnings above either cap are voided and removed at withdrawal.
Casino bonus wagering must be completed within 10 days and sports bonus wagering within 30 days after receipt. When the applicable period expires, the available bonus and its winnings are voided.
Real money is wagered first. Bonus-balance wagering begins only after the real-money balance is fully wagered. Withdrawing before wagering is complete voids the bonus balance and all winnings derived from it.
An individual bet above 150 AUD before wagering is complete is treated as promotion abuse. Promotion abuse lets us void the promotions involved, confiscate the winnings from them and stop further promotion participation.

The 100% rate applies apart from the special, excluded and prohibited games. Jackpot Slots, Slingo games and Bingo games cannot be played with bonus funds, and prohibited games cannot be played at all while a bonus is active.

Earning Coins
Casino wagering earns 1 Coin for each 15 AUD wagered. Each deposit credits 5% as Coins, calculated from its euro-equivalent amount. Coins can also be earned through top places in our in-house tournaments and through Weekly Challenges.
Weekly Challenges
In Sports Weekly Challenges, each 15 AUD bet earns 1 point. Each challenge has a minimum required bet and completes only when the bet settles as won or lost.
Completing 20 or 40 Weekly Challenges in one week can add 500 points in each section, separately for Sports and Casino challenges.
Cards and Collections
Buying a Card gives the prize assigned to that Card. Completing a Collection by buying all its Cards gives the cash prize assigned to that Collection. A Collection cash prize carries 1x wagering on Sports or Casino games before withdrawal.

Shop Bonus
A Shop bonus must be wagered 40x within 10 days and releases at most 5 times the initial bonus. It is valid only on our casino games and cannot be used in live casino, sports or virtual sports.
Shop Bonus Spins
Shop Bonus Spins must be activated in the Profile and played within seven days of purchase. Winnings are credited as a bonus with 40x wagering to be completed within 10 days. At most 75 AUD is released to the real balance, and any excess is voided.
Shop Freebet
A Freebet is valid only in Sports, must be activated within 24 hours and used once in full. Winnings exclude the original stake and must be rolled over at least 3 times within 30 days at odds of at least 2.10 per selection before withdrawal.
Wheel of Fortune
Wheel of Fortune awards one spin for each 150 AUD wagered on eligible casino games, up to three spins a day. A player can hold up to 10 spins, and active-bonus wagering does not count towards attempts.

Main bet types
Our three main bet types are Single, Multiple and System.
A single bet has one selection, with winnings calculated by multiplying the stake by the selected market odds. A multiple bet has two or more selections, and every selected outcome must be predicted correctly for winnings. A system bet is a Multiple variation with three or more outcomes arranged in combinations, with winnings summed from correctly predicted combinations.
Placing and settling bets
Once a bet is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel or change it, while we may deny or cancel a bet at our discretion. Cash Out is the supported early-settlement route where available.
Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. A non-live bet inadvertently accepted after the event starts is treated as a non-runner. All bets settle using decimal odds regardless of the display format selected in the account.
Cancelled events are voided and refunded. If an event is abandoned, bets already settled by that time stand. Bets affected by obvious price errors are void.
Winnings are credited after confirmation of the final officially announced result. Settlement uses the competition's official source or website. Independent sources may be used when official results are unavailable or materially incorrect, and in-house statistics may be used if consistent information is unavailable.
Markets are generally settled shortly after an event. Early or partial settlement can be changed if the official result differs or the market is void.
Cash Out
Cash Out may be available on Single and Multiple bets and can settle all or part of a wager early to lock in a win or loss. Its acceptance is not guaranteed and can fail because of suspended odds movement, technical problems or interrupted third-party event coverage. Cash Out can be suspended or disabled at any time.
Cash Out is unavailable for wagers placed with Free bets or Risk-Free bets. Partial Cash Out settles part of a wager early while the remaining stake continues to final settlement.
BetBuilder
BetBuilder combines multiple selected outcomes from one event. It combines the odds for each selected outcome into a total odds price.
By default, one void selection makes the whole BetBuilder void. Before confirming, the bettor can choose an alternative calculation that reprices the odds without that selection and keeps the others active.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits
We set minimum and maximum deposit amounts at our discretion. A card or other payment method used to fund the account must belong to the player and must not be stolen or lost. A reasonable suspicion of breach can lead to account closure and voided winnings.
The account balance is not a bank balance. Deposits and active balances earn no interest.
Deposit refunds are generally unavailable, though we may consider one in exceptional circumstances involving technical problems with our service or payment instruments. To be considered, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction. We aim to respond within 10 business days, and any refund remains discretionary.
A deposit or its associated bonus cannot be refunded once either has been used to place a bet.
Withdrawals
Deposits have a minimum 1x rollover before withdrawal. If wagering is below the deposit amount, we may cancel all winnings and keep a 10% commission, at least 0.75 AUD of the last deposit, or 15% if the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer.
A withdrawal may be declined unless at least 30 AUD has been wagered in the calendar month of the request. Where possible, withdrawals return through the same method used to fund the account. Available payment systems and their provider rules apply.
An account can have at most 3 pending withdrawals. Our financial department works through a request within 3 business days after it is made or after the last withdrawal was paid, provided all conditions and checks are complete. Once our financial department has processed a transfer, further delays in payment processing are outside our responsibility.
Financial-department agents process requests from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Every withdrawal goes through an audit, a gameplay check and account verification. We may delay payment to check identity, balance, source of funds and compliance, and the player must assist with an investigation.

Withdrawal level is based on activity during the preceding 90 calendar days and can change with deposit, withdrawal and bonus ratios. One month without active betting automatically lowers status to the lowest level.

An account must use the player's own correct name, and only one account per person, household or address, phone number or email, and IP address is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed.

Verification
Requested verification documents and information must be supplied within 30 days. We may withhold payment or suspend the account until they arrive, and we may permanently close it if the deadline is missed.
Closure and inactivity
Account closure is requested by email to [email protected]. Closure requires no positive or negative balance and no pending withdrawal. Requesting it with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal voids all account funds.
An account becomes inactive after 180 days without login. While it remains inactive, we may charge 10 AUD each month and may change that fee without notice.
Responsible gambling
Treat gambling as leisure, not as a source of income. Gamble only with extra money, watch the time and money spent, and do not chase losses.
Breaks and self-exclusion
If you need a break from gambling, contact support and we can exclude you for a while.
Self-exclusion is requested by email to [email protected], and we then close the account as soon as practicable. The player tells us about any other accounts and commits not to open new ones. We make reasonable efforts to prevent new accounts, while the player remains responsible for not opening another one.
